Even without March Madness games, there has been plenty of college basketball news to follow this week.
Transfer season is officially here with several notable players hitting the portal.
Below you will find predicted landing spots for eight impact grad transfers.
The first of two Harvard grad transfers on this list is Aiken, a 6-foot point guard who has battled the injury bug during his college career. Aiken has played more than 18 games in a season just once, though he’s averaging 16.8 points per game in his career while hitting 34.7 percent of his 3-pointers and 85.3 percent of his attempts from the line.
Several teams make a lot of sense for Aiken. Wherever fellow Harvard transfer Seth Towns winds up is a possible option, in addition to powerhouse programs like Kansas, Michigan, Michigan State, Maryland and Gonzaga. The one team that stands out in particular, though, is Seton Hall, which is located about 30 minutes away from Aiken’s hometown of Randolph, N.J. Aiken has quite a bit of familiarity with the Pirates, having visited the university during his high school recruitment. Kevin Willard’s staff has been extremely aggressive in the transfer market in hopes of replacing Myles Powell and Quincy McKnight in the SHU backcourt. Prediction: Seton Hall
