Last Four Byes: Louisville, VCU, Xavier, Indiana
Last Four In: Duke, Seton Hall, Colorado State, Minnesota

Outside Looking In: UConn, Stanford, Wichita State, SMU
Next Four Out: Richmond, Saint Louis, Syracuse, Georgia tech

NOTE: Yes, Wichita State currently leads the AAC standings and could warrant an automatic bid in this bracketology as a result. While my at-larges are based on current resumes, I want to give an accurate portrayal of where teams would stand given how auto-bids would most likely shake out. Houston will still be the betting favorite to win the AAC and thus holds the auto-bid in this field – Wichita State, without the auto-bid right now, is my third team out.

For a full breakdown of the bubble, check out my bubble watch (link below). This piece includes breakdowns of every team in at-large contention, My bracketology field above will now be updated on Tuesdays and Fridays for the rest of the year. The bubble watch will at least be updated every Wednesday.

BUBBLE WATCH: Teams to watch as of Wednesday, Feb. 17

This is my fifth season posting projected fields. I am currently ranked as the 8th-most accurate bracketologist by the Bracket Project‘s scoring system over a five-year average. If you want to check out more bracketology fields, I strongly suggest visiting the Bracket Project’s “Matrix“, where all submitted fields are displayed.
