The latest in a long list of things you wouldn’t expect during the 2020-21 college basketball season, Villanova and Providence underwent a halftime delay Saturday due to a sun glare.

That’s right, an indoor basketball game was paused because of a sun glare.

The Athletic’s C.J. Holmes shared the video of an arena worker attempting to block the light coming through the window of Villanova’s Finneran Pavilion:

After a short delay — extending the halftime break — the game resumed with Gus Johnson and Jim Jackson on the call on Fox. Providence took a 27-24 lead over No. 3 Villanova after 20 minutes.
