Stunningly, the officials kept their whistles silent despite the obvious distraction in the final possession of an importance conference game. Little Rock players and coaches were visibly confused during and after the possession as well.
Meanwhile, the Trojans social media team made sure to include a subtle reference to the lighting incident.
With the strange win, Louisiana improves to 8-2 overall and 2-1 in the Sun Belt.
Let’s hope the lights stay on for 40 minutes on Saturday.
